During your visit, we'll discuss your symptoms, goals, and medical history to create a care plan that's right for you. If additional testing, medications, or specialist care are needed, those will be arranged as part of your care.
Axis and Roots Health is a private-pay clinic, so appointments are not covered by OHIP. However, some extended health benefit plans or Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) may provide reimbursement. A receipt will be provided following your appointment.
Yes. Seeing a Nurse Practitioner at Axis and Roots Health does not replace your primary care provider. If you have one, you're encouraged to continue seeing them for ongoing care. With your consent, I can also communicate with your healthcare team when appropriate to help coordinate your care.
